Il concept di WROC è ispirato al libro di galateo George Washington's Rules of Civility and Decent Behavior. E, vede il chitarrista nuovamente al microfono, oltre a Doug Rappoport all'altra chitarra, Timmer Blakely al basso e Nick D'Virgilio alla batteria.

La pubblicazione avverrà attraverso la Music Theories Recordings/Mascot Label Group.
