Plaguestorm was born in 2014 from the mind of Sebastián Pastor in Bahia Blanca (Argentina), who was strongly influenced by Melodic Death Metal bands such as In Flames, Dark Tranquility, Hypocrisy or At The Gates.

After the first album "Mother Of Plague", released by himself in 2019, Sebastiàn signed a contract with Noble Demon and published theri second full length called "Purifying Fire" in 2021.

In 2023 Sebastiàn released EP "Empty Eyes" via Noble Demon again.
