Maydie were founded on May 2004 as Progressive Death Metal Band influenced by the biggest bands of this genre (Death, Dream Theater, Cynic, Dark Tranquillity). One year later they recorded first demo Damnation’s Flower.

After some line-up changes, the band decided to touch up their sound with less finery and more impact and also the band’s name changed to: EvenDeathMAYDIE.
On August 2007 they recorded new Promo CD, The Call of Dagon, that contains two new tracks and also multimedia material as video, pictures, bands logo and biography.

Their live show get involved when death metal flow and become reflexive when death leave the place at many melodic elements that characterize MayDie’s style..
