Zoe was born at the end of the 90's in the North of France, between Calais and Dunkerque. Very quickly, the rockers played their set all over the region, in front of an increasingly enthusiastic audience. They then decided to try their hand at a first album: "Make It Burning" was born. A pure concentrate of stoner rock n roll with seventies hard rock influences, an improbable meeting between Motörhead and Queens Of The Stone Age. It's a success that was hailed by the specialized press. To defend this first album, the guys from Zoe took to the road for a marathon tour passing through France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and Spain, sharing the stage with bands such as The Bellrays, Ted Nugent, Lords Of Altamont, The Fleshtones, Alice Cooper, Tokyo Sex Destruction, The Datsuns, The Saints. Three years later, Zoe set the bar even higher with their second album: "Dirty Little Sister". Olivier tServrancx of Electric Box has been able to listen to the band and transcribe the live sound that Zoe delivers at each concert and that intoxicates us to the point of rock n roll trance. The drums are powerful and unbridled, the bass is round and feline when needed and the fat guitars spit out their riffs like rabid bitches. The multi-faceted voices tell the incredible stories the band has experienced on the road. Zoz works once again with Olivier T'Servrancx (Electrik Box) for his third album, the mastering is entrusted to Göran Finnberg (Meshuggah, In Flames, Glowsun...). "Raise The Veil" is released in September 2014 and in 2021, the new album "Back into the Light", both on Brennus Music
