Illusion of Control is a metal band formed in 2007 December by guitarists Csiszár Gellért (Csiszi) and Bálint Szabolcs (Szabi) along with vocalist Szabó Hunor (Huni). Bass player Vlădăreanu István joined in 2008 and drummer Sulyok Csaba in 2009. Since then, the lineup has been stable until 2011, when guitarist Csiszi moved away from Klausenburg and after a few attempts to keep the band alive, ultimately the plug was pulled in 2014.
However, the friendship and the desire to make music never really ended and thus in 2018 it was decided to resurrect the band once again.
