I Construct Of Lethe nascono nel 2010 per volontà di Tony Petrocelly con l'intento di raccogliere tutto il materiale composto per le sue precedenti band Bethledeign, Dead Syndacate e Xaoc.
Nel 2018 la band fa uscire il suo secondo full-length per l'italiana Everlasting Spew Records.
