Funeral Marmoori was born in 2008 from an idea of Fabio (drums) and Giulio (guitars & vocals) already members of another Stoner/Sludge project "GUM". With Marco Trentanove (bass) they record their first demo, then after the arrival of Nadin (Farfisa Organ & Juno Synth, member of the project L'Albero Del Veleno) they record their first LP/CD "Vol. 1" which is released in 2012 for BloodRock Rec.
Thereafter Alessandro (Sickening's guitarist) enters the band instead of Marco on the bass, with him they write new songs and play live with Orange Goblin at the Stoned hand of doom fest., Karma to Burn, The Secret.
In September 2014 Alessandro leaves the band and Annalisa is recruited instead.
"The Deer Woman" is the title of the new album of the band, released for Minotauro Records in 2015.
