Graven Image was started by Paul Coleman in 2011. After several line-up changes, the current defining line-up came together and took the CT metal scene by storm. The band's first self produced album, "The Future Started Yesterday" was released in 2012.
In 2014 the band changed name as As Darkness Dies.
