Witchfield is the musical project by Thomas Hand Chaste (Death SS, Paul Chain Violet Theatre, Sancta Sanctorum), polyhedral musician and writer.

The first album of the project was "Sleepless", recorded with the former bass player of Paul Chain and Boohoos, Baka Bomb, and the two Cardellino brothers, the vocalist John Goldfinch and the guitar player Andy from the dark-prog band L'Impero delle Ombre.
Special guests of the band were Steve Sylvester (Death SS) as vocalist in the Alice Cooper's "Black Widow" cover and Clive Jones (Black Widow) as woodwinds player on "Void in My Life" and "Inquisitor".

The new Witchfield album is entitled "Sabbatai Zevi" inspired by the Sephardic Rabbi and Kappalist who claimed to be the long-awaited Jewish Messiah. He was the founder of the Jewish Sabbatean movement.
Pietro Pellegrini (Alphataurus), Tiziana Radis (Secret Tales), Nicola Rossi (Doomraiser), John Goldfinch (L’Impero delle Ombre) are any of the guests that contributed to the new release, immersed into heavy doom with deep riffs and sinister keys…
