Impellitteri annuncia il nuovo cantante

Impellitteri ha annunciato l'ingresso in formazione di Curtis Skelton, ex-singer dei Fear No Evil. La band sta finendo di lavorare al nuovo disco, il successore di "System X", ancora senza titolo e previsto per i primi mesi del 2004.

Secondo quanto annunciato, l'album in questione segnerà una grande svolta stilitische rispetto al sound neoclassico offerto nel passato dal chitarrista e dalla sua band:

"The record at this point is the best record IMPELLITTERI have done. We sound completely fresh and energetic. The music has a lot of the new Swedish metal scene vibe. It is heavy heavy! Greg Reely is helping us with the sound of the record. Imagine bands like FEAR FACTORY, or DISTURBED, or SOILWORK or even SLIPKNOT, with technical guitar solos. So far so good!!"
