The project started in autumn 2005, thanks to Tomas “Tomrocker” Toffolo's wish to get back in the "live" scene, after a couple of years break. Together with Emanuele “Erounds” Rotondi, he founded a new "fun & power" band, Why Out!
After a couple of years and thirty gigs, the turning point came in the fall of 2007 when they decided to give more technival shape to the band an professional musicians joined; the live activity carried out with more professional skills.
Last yers the boys decided to put together a pilot first EP that was recorded last december, soon to be available worldwide online. The band to date has played about 100 live gigs in northern Italy, the original project has already received the membership of important Italian session guys. A new EP is planned for the end of 2010, with the second part of what could become a full length. The band is currently negotiating with several European and US radio network for streaming the EP songs
