Swedish guitarist & composer, Erik Jayce Landberg first appeared on the metal scene after teaming up with ex-Yngwie Malmsteen vocalist Göran Edman. His debut album "Break the Spell" (2008) was first released in Japan after landing a deal with the label Marquee Avalon.
For his second effort "Good Sleepless Night" (2010), Landberg joined forces with John Leven (Europe) as well as Mark Boals (Ring of Fire, Yngwie Malmsteen), to leave behind the mere neo-classical influences of his first release and to create a more punk rock oriented album.
Landberg subsequently started the viking metal supergroup Bleckhorn with Magnus Rosen (Hammerfall) and Peter Hermansson (John Norum, 220 Volt), on which Landberg composed and produced all the songs, for not only is Jayce Landberg a guitar player, he is first and foremost a creator, and as a multi-instrumentalist, lyricist, novelist, songwriter, producer and video director, he is now back with his third solo effort; "The Forbidden World” ,released exclusively on GMR Music.
