Mindreaper was founded in spring 2001. The members are from the region Hesse, Germany.

The musical style is a mixture between Thrash-/ Death Metal with a lot of traditional and melodic influences. We can look back at a history of gigs with bands like Squealer, Hatesphere, Tankard, Vader, Accu§er, Burden of Grief, Lay down Rotten and supported Six Feet Under on their recent "Graveyard Classics 2016" tour in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Mindreaper also performed on a few bigger German festivals like the "Metalfest" and the "Ragnarock Open Air".

After the production of two different demos, Mindreaper released the "Absolute Zero" EP in 2009, followed by the debut LP "Human Edge (...beyond the Abyss)" in 2012. For late 2016, the band will once more join forces with well known German metal producer Andy Classen, to produce our second LP called "Mirror Construction (...a disordered World)
